Review
Hm. This is the first Harlequin Desire title that I read and...it wasn't bad. I actually really did like the story. I enjoy the rich boy loves not so rich girl theme. Danielle is a gutsy character where Adam is a rigid, but warm one. I really could have read more about them. And that is just the thing - I wanted more. I wish I would have known enough to check how many pages this book was because for the Amazon price of $3.99 - I might have passed on it. $3.99 isn't expensive at all - but I've bought ebooks that are $2.99 that are a full book length. This story was too short, and even though I liked the characters, I didn't have any time to fall in love with them or enjoy the tension that supposedly existed between them.
It's an enjoyable story - borrow the book or wait until it's .99 cents, if it ever is. Maybe $1.99.
