I have a problem.

But you already know about my problem - otherwise you wouldn't be here reading this....so, I feel a bit better.

Seriously though - I'm supposed to go to Hastings tomorrow for their closing sale...but I couldn't resist a thrift haul. I hope you enjoy the spine loveliness. Have you read any of these? Let me know!

Thrift Book Hauls!

These are my two latest hauls from the thrift world. The batch on the left I got for a total of $10 and the batch on the left I got for a whopping $7. Not too shabby. I've wanted to read all of these books - well, except for the Out of Her Mind since I didn't know it existed haha. I also think both of these batches are a good representation of my reading likes. Contemporary, mystery, science fiction/fantasy, romance, books-about-books, psychology...I love a little of everything.
The cheapest book was 25 cents, The Ruins by Scott Smith, and the most "expensive" was Mr. Penumbra's 24 Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan - which I've already read, but wanted a copy of my very own. This copy was $4. I got my books from the Friends of the Library book store.

Also - reading all this romance lately has made me miss the Succubus series by Richelle Mead. I really loved this series, and have read the first two. I thought it was time I continue with the rest so I ordered this copy of the third book, Succubus Dreams, through Amazon. The books do not have the best covers, but I don't completely mind them...probably because it is a paranormal/fantasy series and I expect it to look a little weird? Maybe.

And just because I think they're so cute, here is my new Christmas tree decoration, and my new mug for work (adorable!)! They make me smile and one keeps my coffee, so you know I love it.
I have a little obsession with mugs, pastels, and anything cute - so, that explains most of my purchase haha. Is there something that you all buy because you can't help but like it? Share it with me below!
