Destiny's Way was such a well told story that made me care about its characters. Their development was crucial to the story as well to my enjoying them. I am a sucker for a great character and Kate and Solomon were fantastic to read about. I was pulling for Kate from the beginning and to have a counterpart like Solomon with all his mystery was a great balance and addition to the story.
This is my first English story, and so I was pleasantly surprised to find myself immersed in the vividness of Big Bend National Park - who knew that was something I definitely needed in my life?? English's ability and talent to describe the scenery is truly masterful and was another key ingredient of enjoying Destiny's Way as much as I did.
Readers will definitely enjoy Destiny's Way for it's story which is purely the result of English's ability to reach into the depths of his characters and provide us with a story so rich that it is impossible not to think about these characters after the last page is turned.
