It's been awhile since I've been active on my blog. I'm truly sorry for that. Life has gotten a bit busy, and I also find myself with non-blog-non-book endeavors that I'm trying to grow. However, I am returning to take care of my blog - something that I hope to do on the regular now. So, let me give you some updates!
One of those endeavors is my new Etsy store. Book Fidelity on Etsy is my creative outlet that I'm slowly adding to. It contains some art prints, cross stitch, and embroidery that I have been working on. Please stop by if any of that interests you.
Something else I have been mulling over is creating an extensive Google document to let readers know when certain books contain certain triggers. Triggers like: stalking, sexual assault, rape, etc. I was listening to a older episode of a podcast I listen to where a reader was wondering if one of these documents exist. I'm not entirely sure that it does because I still need to do more research on it - but I definitely don't mind starting one with the books I've read. Look for that link coming soon.
Something you can see coming as soon as this Monday is that each of my posts, that needs it of course, will have a Trigger Warnings section before my review. This can contain anything from panic attacks to stalking to rape. If I feel it may be something that a reader should know, I'm going to place it there. I encourage fellow readers to email me or comment if I've missed something. You can email me at [email protected].
I look forward to being more involved, and to providing you all with more content. Thank you for sticking with me!
With much love,
Celia
